Our format is simple.
We have 10 different stations, 1 minute at each station, 15 minutes to complete a station. In the 30 minute classes we do up to 2 stations, in the 1 hour class up to 4 stations.
During your 1 minute on each station, YOU choose how hard you want to push yourself. You can go 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, you can go 20 seconds, rest 20, go 20, or you can skip the station entirely. Again, YOU are in control! So no matter if you are a beginner or advanced with your workout routine, this class is for YOU.
