Personal Training
If you can't make any of the classes, or still need that extra boost, personal training is the next step. Each personal training session is customized for that client, based on YOUR goals and the results YOU want. With Solera, you won't have a trainer who must follow a standard training protocol (like the big fitness centers). Each workout is created each day based on past experience with that client.
When you decide to work with a trainer, you can book an appointment at a time that is convenient for you. You can train as often as you like (we recommend 2-3 times per week), and training is available 7 days a week. Tell us your needs, your goals, and we will give YOU results.
